Defective Items

We accept returns for defective items only. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we will replace it with the same item or a similar-looking item, subject to availability. To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be reported as defective within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide proper proof of the defect, such as a clear box-opening video or detailed photographs showing the damage.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accompanying tags or accessories.

Non-Defective Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective products. Please review product descriptions, images, and sizing details carefully before purchasing to ensure the item meets your needs.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return for a defective item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@monasilver.in within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and a description of the defect.
  2. Submit proof of the defect, such as a box-opening video or clear photos, as part of your request.
  3. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item to us.
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Please note that return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by MonaSilver. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Replacement Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned defective item, we will notify you via email about the approval of your return. If approved:

  • We will ship a replacement item (either the same or a similar-looking item, based on availability) at no additional cost to you. Replacement shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for standard delivery.
  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the item’s cost, minus the return shipping cost incurred by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable, even if defective:

  • Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without proper proof of defect (e.g., box-opening video or photos).
  • Items returned after the 7-day window.
